Wellness and Self-Care

As a therapist, I believe in taking care of my own mental health in order to provide the best care for my patients. I prioritize activities that help me feel centered, focused, and energized while promoting my overall wellbeing. Consistent exercise and a healthy, balanced diet are essential components of my self-care routine, providing me with the clarity and energy necessary to support my patients in their own journeys. 

Self-care  is an essential part of my personal journey and my work as a therapist. I prioritize engaging in activities that promote my own well-being and help me stay grounded and present. Some of the self-care practices that I love include journaling, meditation, and affirmations. And just like my clients, I also see my own therapist regularly to ensure that I am taking care of my own mental health.

 

At my therapy practice, I believe that wellness and self-care are essential to maintaining good mental health.
